The brief

How would a Kigali sportswear brand launch a limited drop online? INKUBA is a label for people who run and ride the thousand hills before sunrise.

Approach

Each release is treated like race day: numbered drops, a countdown in the top bar and products shown as kit, not catalogue.

Condensed race-bib type, signal orange on black and a visible running grid keep the pages quick to scan on a phone at five in the morning.

What we built

  • Home and product pages, with a ticker that speeds up as you scroll
  • Product cards that zoom and show the price on hover
  • A product gallery with colour and size selection
  • Add to bag that asks for a size first and keeps the count across pages
  • Drop-alert sign-up with validation and a success state
  • A phone menu, and a static version for people who turn off motion
